In the end the JV Bulldogs drew with St. John's Prep 1-1. The Bulldogs dominated most of the game and had lots of good looks to goal but couldn't seem to find the back of the net to take the lead. The first half our team was playing ok but knew they could step it up. The team was looking sharp 2nd half as they outshot and out possessed the other team. Lots of players stepped up to go on the attack and it was an all around good effort.
Sydney Westin was awarded Bulldog Player of the Game as she made a couple crucial saves on the St. John's players. Sydney has been a constant defensive threat in the back all season and has really learned how to play her position as central defender and become a much smarter defender. She is a big part of our team.
The JV Team will play their last game of the season on Tuesday vs. Little Falls where the team will look to play a rematch game to get the win.
